Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 20 days of your purchase. 

1. Please email robin@topdogcustom.com to request a refund or store credit.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt or a copy of your online checkout transaction.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Custom orders and items from Online Fundraiser/Company Stores and Quick-Turn stores may not be returned. 

Cancellations

Custom orders may not be cancelled as they are sent directly into production. This includes Quick-turn stores, Fundraiser Stores and Company Stores. 

Restocking Fee

Certain items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. 

Exchanges

You may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping. In the event that we do not have available an even exchange, store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card to use in-store.
