OOPS! I ordered something incorrectly. What do I do now?
Give us a call at 507-498-3800 or email robin@topdogcustom.com and we can cancel your order.
OOPS! I think I ordered the wrong size! Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, no. Once your order has been processed online, we cannot change a size or item. We CAN, cancel your original order and help you re-place an order with the correct size.
I don't see a sizing guide for an item I'd like to order. Can you send one to me?
We can email sizing guides for most items; or call us if you have questions about the sizing of items prior to placing your order.
I ordered something online and I have not gotten an order notification yet. Did Top Dog get my order?
All our online orders are automated with an immediate email notification if the order has been successfully placed. In the event the order did not go through, or there was an issue processing your payment, please give us a call to check on the status. Also, please be sure your email provider has approved @topdogcustom.com as a sender. We don't want to end up in your junk folder!
I placed an order but have not gotten a pickup notification yet. When will it be ready?
The answer is-- it depends on the items ordered.
• For in-stock items that are available in our retail store, pickup can typically be 1-3 business days.
• For some of our Fundraising stores, the timelines are longer for orders to be produced and prepared for pickup. These tentative dates are listed on the Collection page for store sales window and pickup timeframe.
• For Quick-Turn stores (such as tournament time champion shirts) our turnaround is usually just a few days.
• For Business-to-Business custom orders (not online store items) it will depend on the item(s), quantities and decoration methods. Also, please be sure your email provider has approved @topdogcustom.com as a sender. We don't want to end up in your junk folder!
How will I know if the items I ordered in a Fundraiser store will be available for pickup at Top Dog, or if my team/school will be picking up all the orders?
Messaging about pickups is always provided in the email notifications you receive from us and is the first place to check for pickup information. You may also revisit the original ordering page for the fundraiser as we post updates there as well. While the default pickup is at our retail store at 102 East Main St., some of our Fundraising store coordinators opt to pickup ALL the orders and take care of distribution on their own. We do our best to coordinate messaging about these pickup dates at your school or team location. If you are in doubt, please give us a call, or check our Facebook page for updates.
Can I return something I bought in the retail store?
In-stock items purchased in our retail store or online store may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges are limited to in-stock items at the time of your return. Returns outside of 14 days will be processed as store credit.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. In the event that we do not have available an even exchange, store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card to use in-store.
How can I return something I bought in an online store?
Because they are made to order, items purchased from Fundraiser, limited time Quick-Turn and Custom Online Logo Wear stores cannot be returned or exchanged.
How will I know if items in my order will be replaced with another brand?
We make every effort to fill orders with the specified brand and style listed, but at times there are inventory issues that prevent us from doing so. In those cases we substitute items of like fabric and style to fulfill the order(s). You will not receive notifications of substitutions unless the item(s) are significantly different in style, sizing, color or fabric content.
I just bought this item, and it has a flaw. What should I do?
We do our best to inspect all items prior to printing them, but occasionally flaws in the blanks that we receive may be missed. In this case, please stop by, or send us a photo of the unworn, unwashed item. For manufacturer defects we are often able to replace the item. If we are unable to replace the item, we will issue a refund.
