ONLINE STORE
Top Dog Custom will build, host, and maintain your store at no cost to your team/club. You may offer multiple items with custom designs printed on the top-selling brands and styles we have carefully selected as customer favorites! Encourage your team members to spread the word and garner sales. We can provide files with your store info for easy e-mailing and social media-- additional fees may apply.
TIMELINE
The store will be open for 10-14 days and orders will be processed immediately upon close of online store. Decorating turnaround is generally 2 weeks after close of the store. FOR ONLINE STORES LAUNCHED IN NOVEMBER/DECEMBER, you can expect a turnaround time of up to 4 weeks due to inventory/warehousing issues and shipping delays during the holiday rush.
FULFILLMENT
We sort and bundle items per individual orders with customer packing lists, and offer local pickup in our retail store; alternatively, we can offer your club a bulk pickup for distribution within your school or community. We also offer shipping direct to customers.
EXTRAS
PRINTED FLIERS - please inquire for fees; based on total number of printed pieces, paper type, etc.
DISCOUNT CODES for use by end users. $5 per unique generated code. EXTENSION OF THE SALE WINDOW $40 per extension period;
ADDITION OF ITEMS AFTER STORE LAUNCH may incur additional fees;
*Online store details are subject to change without notice. Quick-turn stores such as tournament/section apparel are not eligible for a 10% GiveBack due to quick-turnaround requirements, staffing availability, rush production fees and warehouse availability.
