QUICK-TURN STORE POLICIES
Made to order: Items in our Quick-Turn stores are made to order; Items such as Commemorative Apparel during playoff time are printed as orders arrive. We cannot accept late or changed orders for these items. Orders may not be canceled as items are sent straight to production to meet tight deadlines.
Pickup & Shipping: All items will be available for pickup at our Store 102 E Main, Spring Grove, MN. If someone else will be picking up your order, please give us a call or use 'Cart Notes' to let us know. If you choose Shipping, items will be packed as soon as possible and sent via USPS.
INVENTORY ISSUES: due to ongoing supply chain issues, any items out of stock at the time of order may be substituted with a similar brand of the same style and fabric. In the event no equivalent substitute is available, or if items in your order are significantly delayed, you will be notified via the email you provided when placing your order. Every effort will be made to fulfill orders.
RETURNS: Items purchased from Quick-Turn stores cannot be returned. If items have damage or defects, please call us at 507-498-3800 and we'll be happy to take a look at the item(s) and replace if necessary.
