CHANGE ORDERS: Because items are made to order, we CANNOT accept late or changed orders in our online fan stores. If you make an error in ordering, please call us at 507-498-3800 to CANCEL your order and re-place your order as soon as possible.
INVENTORY ISSUES: due to ongoing supply chain issues, any items out of stock at the time of order may be substituted with a similar brand of the same style and fabric. In the event no equivalent substitute is available, or if items in your order are significantly delayed, you will be notified via the email you provided when placing your order. Every effort will be made to fulfill orders.
RETURNS: Items purchased from made-to-order online fan stores cannot be returned. If items have damage or defects, please call us at 507-498-3800 and we'll be happy to take a look at the item(s) and replace if necessary.
