CHANGE ORDERS: we CANNOT accept late or changed orders in our online custom logo and company stores. If you make an error in ordering, please call us at 507-498-3800 to CANCEL your order and re-place your order.
MINIMUMS: Our company and custom logo stores are best suited for companies or organizations with 12+ members/employees; We may have minimum quantities per design depending on style and decoration method(s). Please inquire with questions.
INVENTORY ISSUES: due to ongoing supply chain issues, any items out of stock at the time of order may be substituted with a similar brand of the same style and fabric. In the event no equivalent substitute is available, or if items in your order are significantly delayed, you will be notified via the email you provided when placing your order. Every effort will be made to fulfill orders.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Items purchased from online company stores and custom logo stores cannot be returned or exchanged. If items have manufacturer damage or defects, please call us at 507-498-3800 and we'll be happy to take a look at the item(s) and replace if necessary. Please inspect your items as soon as you receive your order.
