Items will be available to order through November 2. Tentative pickup date will be November 28-Dec 4. Please choose LOCAL PICKUP for local orders. All pickups will be at Top Dog Custom, 102 E Main, Spring Grove, MN. 

If you choose Shipping, items will be mailed via USPS beginning December 2.

CHANGE ORDERS: Because our items are made-to-order for this collection, we CANNOT accept late or changed orders in our limited time quick-turn, custom logo, or fundraising stores. If you make an error in ordering, please call us at 507-498-3800 to CANCEL your order and re-place your order.

CANCELATIONS: To Cancel an order, please call us at 507-498-3800; in the event a particular design in our online stores does not meet the minimum of 12 pieces (across all the orders upon closing date) we may need to Cancel your order. We are not able to notify you of possible cancelation until the online store has closed and all orders have been tallied. This most likely applies to Embroidered items and not other printed items. Please call if you have questions.

INVENTORY ISSUES: due to ongoing supply chain issues, any items out of stock at the time of order may be substituted with a similar brand of the same style and fabric. In the event no equivalent substitute is available, or if items in your order are significantly delayed, you will be notified via the email you provided when placing your order. Every effort will be made to fulfill orders. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Items purchased from online fundraiser, limited time quick-turn and custom logo stores CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

If items have manufacturer damage or defects, please call us at 507-498-3800 and we'll be happy to take a look at the item(s) and replace if necessary. Please inspect your items as soon as you receive your order.
